Terms of purchase

1. PURCHASE INFORMATION

To shop, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger, a guardian's certificate is required before purchasing.

  • We accept orders within Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany.

We at kallekullenlures.com reserve the right to make changes to the range and to remove items from the range before a purchase has been completed. We reserve the right to sell out items and will refund you if a purchase has been completed.

If you purchase goods with the intention of reselling them at a higher price, we reserve the right to cancel your purchase and not sell goods to you in the future.

All attempts at fraud will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected.

2. PRICES

All prices in the webshop include VAT, the VAT on all items is 25%. The prices listed are in Swedish kronor.

All prices are current and may change in the future. Individual and current total price for your order is summed up at checkout, including VAT.

We reserve the right to any printing errors and final sales.

3. PAYMENT

We use Klarna as our checkout provider. With Klarna you can pay by card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, invoice, installment payment and flexible installment payment.

In order for Klarna to be able to process your purchase, we need to share your personal data such as contact details and order information with Klarna when you checkout. Your personal data that is shared is processed in accordance with Klarna's own data protection information (which you can read here ). 4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

We currently deliver within Sweden as well as to Denmark, Finland and Germany. Shipping costs vary depending on the product selected. If you shop for over 599 SEK within Sweden, shipping is free.

We use PostNord or DHL to ship our goods. You choose your shipping option at checkout. However, some shipping options may be hidden depending on the size and weight of the package.

Your order will normally be shipped within 2 working days after placing your order. During a few holiday weeks of the year or during promotional periods such as Black Friday, mid-week sales and weekend promotions, we will normally ship within 1-4 working days.

You will always receive a delivery notification via email and sometimes also via SMS. The package will then be delivered to your nearest delivery point or directly to your mailbox (depending on the size of the package). If the package is delivered to your nearest delivery point, you will receive a notification (digital and/or physical) which will be used to collect the package from there.

5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

An order confirmation will be automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order, so please check carefully that you have entered the correct email address. If you do not receive a confirmation, the address may be incorrect or it may have ended up in your spam folder.

Please contact us if you cannot find your order confirmation and we will help you (please double check your spam folder first).

6. PACKAGES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PICKED UP OR NOT RECEIVED

If the package is not collected, we will charge shipping and handling costs for the unclaimed package in an amount between 200 and 400 SEK (depending on the volume of the package and shipping method). This is to cover shipping and handling costs.

Unclaimed or unacknowledged packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & OPEN PURCHASE

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day on which you, or someone on your behalf, receives the product you have purchased from the Website. In addition, we give you a further 16 days (30 days in total) of free returns. However, we do not offer free returns on goods that are not completely unused, read more about this below.

You can cancel your purchase by notifying us within 30 days of receiving your order (or a major part of it). The item must be returned well packaged, in new condition and in the original box.

Personalized products or items with a broken seal cannot be returned. Examples of this include if a product has been used, such as when a bait has been rigged or fished with. Products that are returned must therefore be in new condition.

You as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. The same conditions apply if you want to exchange the item for another. Please note that you as the customer are responsible for payment if the item is damaged or lost. Therefore, remember to save your delivery receipt.

Please contact us before returning via email and do not forget to include your order number.

The value of the item will be refunded after we have received and inspected the return. Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs.

8. WARRANTIES, COMPLAINTS AND/OR DAMAGED GOODS

We carefully check all goods before we send them, but if the goods are still damaged or if you have received the wrong item/wrong quantity, please contact us directly via email and we will of course try to resolve it for you.

It is important that upon receipt of your purchased item, you immediately check the package for any damage or if it is empty. If there is anything wrong with the packaging (e.g. if it is damaged), you must tell your representative who will then make a note of it. You then contact us via email.

Errors, damage and the like must be reported to us via email within 10 days of receiving the delivery.

GUARANTEES

We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and provide at least a 6-month warranty on our own products such as clothing and sunglasses. (Does not apply to handmade products such as rubber baits or hard baits, as they are made by hand, the appearance may differ from bait to bait.)

For other products, a warranty is provided in accordance with the manufacturer's or wholesaler's terms and conditions. Any warranty terms are stated on each product and if you are unsure about the warranty period for a product, you can always contact us. The most common is 12 months, but some manufacturers and/or wholesalers may have 24 months or longer.

For the warranty to apply, the products must have been handled in the manner prescribed and can be considered normal for the product. The warranty does not apply in the event of neglect or abnormal use of the product and/or an accident.

If you have a problem with a product, contact us. The receipt for the paid item serves as a warranty card. Therefore, always save the receipt during the warranty period! An approved receipt can be the picking list, order confirmation or payment confirmation.

Kallekullenlures.com will follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board of Complaints in any dispute.

9. ENVIRONMENT

Kallekullenlures.com is environmentally conscious and therefore reuses cartons and packaging as much as possible. This means that you as a customer do not always receive new cartons or packaging with your delivery.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, government decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, cost-increasing circumstances, and a comparable event beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affects entered into agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall constitute grounds for us to be released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.

In connection with your order, you accept our privacy policy regarding personal data, which you can read by clicking here . You hereby agree that we store and use your information in our operations to fulfill and provide the service you can expect from us. The information you provide about yourself is used by kallekullenlures.com and our partners for payment and delivery. We guarantee that no information about you will be sold or passed on to third parties without your consent. Kallekullenlures.com uses information from the customer register to send out information about our products. You will receive our newsletter when you go through the checkout. You can cancel your subscription at any time, either via the link at the bottom of the newsletter or by contacting us at info@kallekullenlures.com.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain incorrect personal information and/or where the customer has payment issues.
